At Endura, we understand that complex and high-value corporate and personal planning structure implementation requires ‘process excellence’. Accordingly, we work closely throughout the entire cycle with a team of participants, including Endura professional staff, external specialists in various functional areas, Service Partners, clients, and our clients professional advisors.

The following is a general overview of the Endura Process.

  1. Client Meeting – Typically with a Service Partner and the client’s professional advisors, to make introductions and exchange information. Appropriate privacy, non-disclosure and/or non-solicitation agreements may be signed as required at this stage.

  2. Situation Analysis – The team then analyzes the client’s situation, based on information provided by the client and the client’s advisors (always and only with the client’s written consent and subject to the Endura Capital Privacy Policy – LINK). This step is completed by Endura, with input and oversight as required by the client’s advisors. The result is a firm understanding of the client’s current situation and future needs.

  3. Solution Recommendation – Endura will recommend, for the review and agreement of the team, the appropriate Endura solution for the client, possibly with certain optional variations to the core structure.

  4. Solution Presentation – The agreed solution is presented to the client for consideration. Typically, prior to or during this evaluation by the client, the client’s advisors will perform due diligence on Endura, the recommended solution, and the other parties to the proposed structure. The solution presentation to the client will typically include:


    • Personalized cover letter to client/advisor
    • Outline of the client’s situation (facts and assumptions)
    • Explanation of the proposed solution (including options and variations, if applicable)
    • Detailed financial modeling of the recommended solution
    • Explanation of the process/steps for solution implementation
    • Detailed third-party professional tax opinion commenting on the efficacy of the proposed solution
    • Partner information, describing the other companies Endura will work with as part of the solution
    • Discussion of various risks which may be applicable to the proposed solution


  5. Solution Implementation – Endura will lead this series of activities, directing and co-operating with various advisors and Solution Partners, through our thorough case management program, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the process.
