Endura solutions include a suite of sophisticated personal and corporate multi-disciplinary planning structures. While these solutions are fully developed and ready for client implementation, they are also able to be tailored to the specific situation of each Endura client.
Generally, each of the various Endura solutions is designed to deliver customizable life insurance, simplified estate transitioning, tax deductible investment and insurance costs, with leveraged and tax deferred income and asset growth, in a creditor-protected environment. Although these solutions are generally only appropriate for high net worth and ultra-high net worth Canadian clients, they are rich and benefit-driven to enable their application across a broad range of situations within that high end planning sector.
Typically, Endura clients will have some or all of the following characteristics:
- Desire to manage income, assets, and estate in a tax and capital
efficient manner, to maximize bequest to heirs and/or charities
- Excess annual income (e.g. salary, bonus, dividends, investment income, RRSP/RCA income), with the expectation that such excess will continue in some form indefinitely - that is, the client has funds available which are not expected to be required for general consumption in his/her lifetime
- Desire to protect assets from creditors and statutory estate disclosure
- Desire to settle and transition estate assets in a simple and efficient manner
Often, clients are owners of successful active operating/investment companies. Endura clients also usually have strong professional advisors with an on-going mandate to oversee, advise on, and periodically review estate planning matters to ensure that the client’s strategies continually incorporate best-in-class estate, insurance, investment, and tax planning structures.

Because the needs of our high-end clients in our chosen market are
unique, we have developed similarly unique solutions. Cookie-cutter
insurance, tax, and financial planning solutions, which are familiar
to many and available to many, are not sufficient for the particular
needs of our clients. As such, our suite of solutions encompasses
a level of sophistication, cross-functional expertise, and discipline
which we believe is not otherwise available to Canadian clients.
