As a founder of Endura Capital, Chris was attracted by his belief in the strong foundation and viability of the Endura strategies, as well as the clear market need for a uniquely professional firm to service the high end of the market. Chris manages the operations, marketing and finances of Endura Capital. Chris's business credentials are well established. Chris was a founder of Wireless Matrix Corporation in 1993, stewarding its growth to annual revenues approaching $40 million, over 100 employees, and providing mission critical information services to major corporate clients, domestically and internationally. Chris was responsible over various periods for all areas of accounting, tax, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance, operations and administration. Chris has a post-graduate degree in finance (MBA) from University of British Columbia (1990), providing him with a strong foundation in the areas of corporate finance, tax, investment management, modern portfolio theory, fundamental and quantitative analysis and economic modeling, complemented by a firm understanding of hedging and financial derivatives strategies. Chris is also the co-founder and Managing Director of Lorian Group, a private equity investment and management firm. Chris has also held various other Board positions and been a consultant to several companies.
